INSTALLATION OF TENSIONED SAIL WITH 4 BRACKETS

Large tensioned sail installation with 4 iron props.

To carry out this installation, a previous study of forces and loads was carried out. When carrying out the cementation, holes were made 1.5 meters wide x 1 meter deep. In addition, they put the shoes together. The shoes have metric 20 rods.

Once the cementing was done, the steel struts were fixed. These props were manufactured with 15º degrees of inclination to support the tension caused by the sail.

Once the props were fixed, we proceeded to place and tension the sail.

These sails are ideal for covering large areas and generating a fixed shadow, being able to withstand strong winds and rain.
